We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Practice Supervisor to lead front office operations and support a high-performing, patient-centered environment.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the practice while ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and staff. From patient registration and scheduling to supervising administrative workflows, you will play a key role in keeping our practice running efficiently and effectively.

What you will do: Responsible for customer service and productivity standards within the assigned practices. Ensures that the Manager, Operations Physician Practices is informed of issues in a timely fashion. Collaborates with the Manager, Operations Physician Practices in all hiring decisions and employee performance management. Coordinates staff within assigned practices to ensure proper coverage for quality patient care along with monitoring attendance for all practice employees
Minimum Qualifications:
Job requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of (5) years of progressively more responsible experience working in a physician office. A bachelor's degree and one (1+ years supervisory/managerial experience is preferred. Proven experience in all aspects of a medical/healthcare practice is required. Excellent organization and communication skills required. Proficient use of computers and electronic medical record. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. \Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with all levels within the organization. Ability to improve quality and productivity by identifying improvement opportunities in the practice.
