Maggie McFly's® is a growing restaurant concept, and we're looking for a Server/Shift Supervisor to join our team. Position Summary The Shift Supervisor is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while serving guests. This role leads shifts, assists with opening and closing procedures, supports team development, and helps ensure every guest has an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities Lead shifts and ensure smooth restaurant operations Support opening and closing procedures Assist with training and coaching team members Address guest questions and resolve concerns professionally Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service Communicate effectively with management and team members Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Lead by example through exceptional guest service Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience required Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent guest service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to delegate effectively while working as part of the team Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Benefits We value our team members and strive to provide a positive workplace with opportunities for advancement.
