Full-Time Position Summary The Recruiting Specialist manages the full recruitment life cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and compliance. This role partners closely with hiring leaders and plays a key role in ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring goals. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume healthcare roles, including Home Health Aides (HHAs). Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and hiring needs. Source candidates using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, referrals, and community outreach. Screen and interview candidates, clearly explaining job details, pay, schedules, and expectations. Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and local community partnerships (colleges, training programs, workforce agencies). Onboarding & Compliance Prepare and process new-hire paperwork and onboarding documents. Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification. Maintain compliance records including I-9, E-Verify, certifications, licenses, and other required documentation. Ensure a smooth and professional onboarding experience for all new hires. Administrative & Team Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee data in the ATS. Ensure compliance with EEO and applicable employment laws. Assist with recruiting projects, process improvements, and team initiatives as needed. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare administration, or customer service (healthcare or home care experience preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a metrics-driven environment. High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using ATS platforms. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team. Work Environment Position is based in a Care Center office setting. Approximately 20% local travel for hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach.
Compensation Pay Range:
