Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional hospitality and service quality. You will play a crucial role in managing staff, maintaining high standards of food preparation, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, casual dining, or quick service fast food environments. Duties Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure efficiency and quality service. Manage and train team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth. Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the department, ensuring adherence to cost control measures. Oversee food preparation processes to maintain high standards of hygiene and quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food handling and service areas. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational flow. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates within the department. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or restaurant management, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and standards within casual dining or quick service environments. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a food service context. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Bartending experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to oversee beverage services effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
