We are looking for a qualified and competent shift supervisor to join our growing team. Please be advised that your application will not be considered without a current resume. This job is supplemented with tips, via serving & bartending.
Required:
  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a bartender, server & manager in a high volume bar and restaurant atmosphere
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Proficiency in multiple POS platforms (Toast a plus, that's what we use!)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
Basic Responsibilities:
  • Leading your team to maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Manage & train bar staff, onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Help manage payroll and control labor costs
  • Beer, wine, liquor, and smallwares purchasing, maintaining weekly purchasing and inventory costs
  • Implementing menu changes and daily specials while working with your other managers & the head chef.
Schedule and Flexibility:
  • Full time availability required
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
Additional Skills:
  • Basic social media skills a plus
  • Ability to show initiative and be self motivated is key to working in our system.
  • Must be a team player who is open to learning how we operate.
Compensation:
  • Discussed upon successful completion of the interview process
