Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Foster a respectful and collaborative team environment by effectively communicating shift priorities, goals, and results. Support the training and development of crew members, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure adherence to KFC's operational standards, including food safety and quality. Manage food preparation and cleaning processes with speed and accuracy.
Guest Experience:
Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring friendly interactions, maintaining cleanliness, and serving hot and fresh meals.
Decision-Making & Problem-Solving:
Quickly assess and resolve operational challenges that arise during the shift, ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Inventory & Cash Management:
Monitor product levels and minimize waste while ensuring accurate cash handling procedures.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations and KFC's standards.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to upholding KFC's standards and values.
