Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations from food prep to customer service Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Monitor inventory levels, control food and beverage supplies, and assist with food management to minimize waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas Train new team members on service protocols, food handling, and safety procedures to foster a skilled workforce Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guests leave satisfied with their experience Requirements Proven experience in food service management or supervising teams within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and cash handling Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and shift supervision Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant experience preferred; casual dining or fine dining background is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to lead a vibrant team in a bustling restaurant environment.
