Job description: Shift Supervisor Gallo Car Wash In-Person $17-$20 per hour Full-Time About Us Gallo Car Wash is a fast-growing car wash dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in a clean, friendly, and team-oriented environment. We're looking for a motivated and responsible Shift Supervisor to help lead day-to-day operations and support our growing team. Job Summary As a Shift Supervisor , you will supervise team members during your assigned shift, ensure smooth daily operations, uphold safety and service standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for on-site issues. This is a hands-on leadership role, and while previous supervisory experience is required , car wash experience is not —we provide full training. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operations during scheduled shifts Lead, motivate, and support team members Ensure all safety procedures and quality standards are followed Train and mentor new employees Open and/or close the facility as scheduled Monitor equipment performance and report issues Provide excellent customer service and resolve on-site concerns Assist with washing, drying, and detailing vehicles when needed Complete basic administrative tasks, including shift logs and cash handling Qualifications Previous supervisory or leadership experience required Car wash experience not required (training provided) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
