Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service to enhance their experience Manage third party or similar systems, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and waitlist management Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff for timely food preparation Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Assist with food handling, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas in accordance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for bills and change Support sanitation and food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant hosting, or guest relations is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS; experience with any Third party is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to manage time efficiently during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Experience in upselling and sales techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling tasks Prior restaurant or food industry experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents shine!
