Responsibilities Lead daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently. Supervise and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service, fostering a positive and energetic work environment. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards, proper food handling, and quality control. Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Train new staff members on food safety protocols, customer service techniques, and operational procedures to ensure consistent performance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment in compliance with health regulations and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation, quick service or fast food restaurant environments, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience in hospitality or food service management roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience is essential. Knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively. Background in culinary arts or hospitality management is preferred; casual dining or banquet experience is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high energy levels.
