JOB SUMMARY
The Food and Beverage supervisor is a working front-line supervisor who provides exceptional guest service while assisting in the coordination of daily food and beverage operations. This position spends most of its time serving guests, supporting team members during service, and ensuring operational standards are met. The Food and Beverage Supervisor does not have independent authority to hire, terminate, discipline, or make final employment decisions.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIES
Provide direct food and beverage service to guests while maintaining company service standards Lead by example by working alongside servers, bartenders, attendants and support staff during service. Assist with opening and closing procedures Coordinate daily floor operations and communicate assignments provided by management. Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve routine guest concerns. Assist with inventory counts and stocking Assist with labor deployment as directed by management. Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained. Train and coach team members on service standards and operating procedures. Complete daily operational reports and cash reconciliation as assigned. Ensures all company and local sanitation standards are met Assists with basic accounting functions Perform other duties assigned by the Food and Beverage Manager
REQUIREMENTS
(Competencies, skills, attributes, experience, licenses, certifications, required): 6 months as a Food and Beverage Supervisor/manager or 2 years restaurant experience Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
