Duties Prepare high-quality food items efficiently and according to company standards, ensuring freshness and presentation. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and cash handling. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales, demonstrating strong product knowledge. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food prep stations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy and inviting at all times. Lead a team of employees towards healthy productivity and culture. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant is preferred with 2+ years of management experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math purposes. Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
