Job Description
Manage all dining services for Phillips Dining, the River Landing Bistro, and Independent Living Catering and Hospitality Administer policies & procedures for food storage, preparation, and service; equipment and department sanitation; and employee safety Ensure that menus and departmental policies conform with nutritional standards, government regulations, and internal procedures Inspect food and food preparation and storage areas; monitor food quality; maintain records as needed Evaluate departmental and staff performance to ensure that dietary services adhere to established quality standards Ensure staff are adequately trained and maintain consistent performance standards Oversee all Independent Living and Conference and Retreat catering functions through the Manager of Hospitality Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; must be willing to complete certified dietary manager / food safety professional program CDM or CFSP required; CPR required •must meet minimum requirements to be considered a serious applicant English Speaking Employer - Must Speak English -
