We're currently in search of a Director of Food and Beverage who shares these values and will champion them. Most important, someone who's not afraid to get in the trenches with their team to achieve the ultimate outcome. This position serves as an extension of the Guidance Team during the late afternoon and evening operation, providing visible hotel-wide leadership across the property. In this capacity, the role helps oversee the overall hotel operation during the PM shift, supports cross-departmental coordination, reinforces service standards, addresses operational challenges in real time, and helps ensure a seamless guest and team member experience across the property.

Expected Operation Presence:

Wednesday to Sunday to support afternoon and late-night operations.

•About you... College degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum 10 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role withing a luxury hotel and lifestyle hospitality environment. Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations with strong financial accountability. Strong working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, labor management, profit and loss statements, purchasing controls, and operational planning. Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, development, and service excellence. Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations, VIP service, event execution, and brand-driven hospitality. Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, management, and team members. Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, liquor laws, and operational compliance requirements. Ability to serve as a visible, credible hotel leader during evening operations and represent the Executive Committee with professionalism and sound judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and hotel operating systems. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation. About us...
