As a Shift Leader, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, team motivation, and customer satisfaction during your shift. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Supervise and motivate staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a positive team environment Manage food preparation and service processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control protocols Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and support food management initiatives to minimize waste and optimize resources Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety procedures, and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, managing shifts, and training staff members effectively Solid understanding of food safety management practices and inventory control procedures Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as interviewing staff, providing feedback, and coordinating team efforts Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, order calculations, and P&L analysis Experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles with a focus on customer service excellence Knowledge of food industry standards related to culinary production, catering, bar service, or coffee operations is a plus Strong organizational skills for managing food production schedules, shift workflows, and budget considerations Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader and be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
