Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety Manage staff, training, and development to foster a positive team environment Handle transactions accurately using Toast POS system. Monitor inventory levels, control food supplies, and coordinate stock replenishment to minimize waste and maximize profitability Enforce food safety protocols and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations Assist with onboarding new team members to build a strong workforce Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with strong leadership skills Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management practices Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Strong organizational skills for inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis Effective communication skills for staff training, team management, and managerial reporting Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is ideal for candidates with supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management who are passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
