Seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and lead team members in delivering excellent guest service. This leadership role ensures efficient operations, food safety compliance, and a positive customer experience.Duties:
- Supervise and support food & beverage staff during daily operations
- Ensure quality food preparation, service standards, and cleanliness
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and supply management
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Monitor operational efficiency and support continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
