Conduct Background Check Experience Required Position Summary:
Seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and lead team members in delivering excellent guest service. This leadership role ensures efficient operations, food safety compliance, and a positive customer experience.
Duties:
  • Supervise and support food & beverage staff during daily operations
  • Ensure quality food preparation, service standards, and cleanliness
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory, and supply management
  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Monitor operational efficiency and support continuous improvement
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Must be reliable and able to work scheduled hours Work Environment /
Physical Demands:
Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you'll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance.
