Job Summary:
Chick-fil-A Pines and 160th is seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Team Leader to help oversee and enhance the guest service and dining experience during designated shifts. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, order accuracy, and overall front-of-house efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Guest Service:
Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally. 2.
Team Supervision and Training:
Assist in training, coaching, and mentoring front-of-house staff to deliver top-notch service. Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. 3.
Order Accuracy and Efficiency:
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and efficient order preparation and delivery. Implement strategies to reduce wait times, enhance throughput, and streamline the ordering process. 4.
Quality Assurance and Cleanliness:
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and drive-thru. Perform regular quality checks to maintain Chick-fil-A's high service and cleanliness standards. 5.
Shift Coordination:
Coordinate with Back of House Team Leaders and other team members to ensure a harmonious and efficient operation. Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the shift. 6.
Guest Feedback:
Gather and respond to guest feedback to make real-time improvements in service and operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in front-of-house or customer service roles is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
