Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with food orders, retail purchases, and inquiries Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately Prepare food items efficiently, ensuring quality standards and food safety protocols are followed Manage customer orders at the counter, including upselling menu items or products to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, counters, and equipment sanitation Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and give accurate change Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation needs Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Food safety knowledge including sanitation standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, serving, or culinary tasks is highly desirable Prior retail or grocery store experience is beneficial but not mandatory This role offers an engaging work environment where your energy makes a difference!
