Job Description

Overview In this energetic role, you will lead daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork and excellence. Duties Oversee shift operations, ensuring smooth service flow from food preparation to customer service. Lead and motivate team members, providing clear direction and support to achieve high standards of performance. Manage food handling, preparation, and presentation to meet quality and safety standards. Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and restaurant policies at all times. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems. Excellent leadership skills with a background in supervising teams in hospitality or restaurant settings. Exceptional customer service abilities with experience in casual dining. Ability to handle cash accurately and perform detailed reporting on shift activities.
