Chick-fil-A Sanford is seeking a dependable and motivated Operations Leader to help oversee daily restaurant operations while creating an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. This opportunity is ideal for someone with prior Chick-fil-A or high-volume restaurant leadership experience who is ready to grow within a positive, team-focused culture. What You'll Love About This Opportunity Sundays off every week Leadership growth and advancement opportunities Positive, people-focused work environment Scholarship opportunities Free meals during shifts Consistent scheduling and stable hours for full-time leaders Ongoing coaching, development, and training Competitive starting pay beginning at $17/hr Quarterly performance-based raise opportunities What You'll Do Lead daily shift operations in both Front of House and Back of House environments Support and coach Team Members to maintain high performance and hospitality standards Assist with onboarding and training new employees Help ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained Communicate effectively with guests, leaders, and team members during busy meal periods Monitor shift execution, labor flow, and task completion throughout the day Set the tone for a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented culture Step into multiple operational positions as needed to support the team Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Prior Chick-fil-A experience strongly preferred Leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant or customer service environment required Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while remaining calm and professional under pressure Strong communication, accountability, and problem-solving skills Must be dependable, coachable, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Schedule Expectations Full-time availability preferred Must be flexible with opening, mid, and closing shifts Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is required If you are passionate about leadership, hospitality, and developing others, we would love to connect with you.
