Summary Supervises and coordinates staff to serve patrons at a variety of brand outlets and or patient services. Involved in coaching, training and developing team members. Ensures positive customer service through timely execution of service, accurate product assembly and cashiering. Assists management with cash control, special functions and catering. Follows Human Resources guidelines and administers Employee Performance reviews and Disciplinary action or Coachings. Assists with Dietary bookkeeper duties as assigned, including deposit verification, data entry and payroll. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Moffitt Cancer Center.

Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions. Basic food safety and kitchen physical safety knowledge.

Proficient with all relevant food service equipment and demonstrated moderate technical skills - i.e. MS Office.
