Responsibilities Prepare a variety of food items and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing retail sales transactions and customer orders Manage customer service interactions with a focus on upselling products to enhance guest experience and increase sales Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions accurately, and manage cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling, serving, and food safety management to ensure high standards of hygiene are met Support operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to sanitation protocols Skills Proven experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and inventory management Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation guidelines Previous retail sales or grocery store experience is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences through excellent service, quality food, and a positive atmosphere.
