Overview We are looking for an energetic Supervisor to lead our retail team and ensure smooth store operations. As a Supervisor, you will drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and support team development. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures.

• Lead and motivate team members to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
• Handle cashiering, cash management, and balancing registers.
• Conduct employee training and development sessions.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet store demands.
• Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees. Qualifications Proven supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills restaurant and inventory management expertise.
• Proficient with POS systems and cashiering procedures.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and merchandising strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
