Full Job Description Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager in the hospitality or restaurant industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members Experience managing opening and closing shifts Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and product rotation Strong customer service and guest recovery skills Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence Experience handling cash management, deposits, and daily reporting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
