Experience:

Supervisor, shift lead or assistant manager experience in a café, restaurant or hotel. Are you the kind of leader who loves an early start and a smooth-running shift? The Walton is a brand new café, bar and event space coming to Midtown Atlanta, and we are looking for a Morning Supervisor to lead our team through the busiest, most energetic part of the day! You will open the doors, set the tone and make sure every guest and teammate starts the day off right. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the floor.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Prior supervisor, shift lead or assistant manager experience in hospitality.

Skills:

Strong communication, quick problem solving and a sharp eye for guest service.

Personality:

Calm under pressure and someone your team looks forward to working with.

Flexibility:

Available for early morning starts during the week.

Certification:

TIPS and ServSafe Food Handler, or able to earn them within 30 days of hire.

Lead the front of house team during the morning and into lunch. Coach teammates in the moment and handle guest concerns with care. Keep service, cleanliness and food safety at our standard.
