Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards Manage food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, cash handling, and retail transactions Lead crew members in delivering excellent customer service through upselling and sales techniques Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment operation and sanitation practices Oversee cash register operations, processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently Support team training on food preparation, POS systems, and food safety standards to enhance overall performance Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with a strong background in food industry operations Familiarity with food preparation, serving, and food handling procedures Hands-on experience operating kitchen equipment and POS systems such as Aloha or Micros preferred Demonstrated ability in time management, multitasking, and maintaining a clean workspace under pressure Customer service background with skills in upselling, sales, and cashiering Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers Join us to lead a motivated team in delivering top-quality food service while developing your leadership skills in a lively environment!
