Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling products to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, kitchen equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures Assist in training new team members on food preparation, POS systems, and customer service protocols Support daily operational tasks including inventory management, food safety checks, and operating kitchen equipment Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering and processing cash transactions Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively; experience with culinary tasks is a plus Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and order calculations Food handling certification or willingness to obtain required health permits is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
