The Reserves Network is seeking an On-Site Operations Supervisor to manage daily workforce operations, build strong client relationships, and lead employees through changing priorities and workplace challenges. Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 2PM - 11PM Responsibilities In the On-Site Operations Supervisor role, you will serve a loyal, long-term customer directly at their location while also managing the contingent workforce. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Participate in client production meetings to understand workforce needs, operational priorities, and changing staffing requirements. Lead weekly meetings with client supervisors to review performance, discuss concerns, develop staffing strategies, and provide updates. Manage daily contingent workforce attendance, including reviewing call-offs, coordinating replacements, and addressing coverage needs. Conduct employee orientations covering client procedures, workplace expectations, safety requirements, and The Reserves Network policies. Coach and counsel employees, address performance and attendance concerns, complete evaluations, and coordinate disciplinary action or terminations when necessary. Maintain accurate employee and client records, process timesheets and invoices, and prepare headcount, attendance, and performance reports. Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, safety procedures, and applicable employment regulations. Serve as the primary liaison between the client, contingent workforce, and The Reserves Network office. Respond professionally and effectively to urgent concerns, competing priorities, and challenging workplace situations. Build productive working relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries, accountability, and a solutions-focused approach. What We Are Looking For Previous on-site staffing, account management, workforce coordination, or staffing industry experience preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or other high-volume environment strongly preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver difficult messages professionally. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and prioritization skills. Ability to remain composed, professional, and solutions-focused in a demanding, high-pressure work environment. Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, navigate difficult conversations, and respond appropriately to changing expectations. Confidence working with multiple levels of client leadership and addressing concerns directly and diplomatically. Ability to balance client service with company policies, employee relations responsibilities, and operational requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and manage multiple time-sensitive responsibilities. Consistent professionalism, emotional maturity, resilience, and discretion are essential for success in this position.
