Full Job Description Job Purpose:
The Car Wash Associate at Mr. Clean Car Wash plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality service and attention to detail. Associates are trained and certified in various roles, including lot attendant, loader, passenger side attendant, and sales specialist. Depending on business needs, associates may rotate between roles during their shift. All duties are performed following company training, safety standards, and brand expectations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Select roles may qualify for performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service across all assigned roles Execute duties in alignment with Mr. Clean Car Wash training and safety procedures Deliver high-quality results for each guest vehicle with attention to detail Greet guests warmly and assist with service questions or concerns Promote and explain membership programs and services as a Sales Specalist Keep the self-service vacuum area clean, stocked, and guest-ready Maintain the cleanliness of the lot, lobby, restrooms, and overall site appearance Assist with vehicle loading and prepping as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Adapt to business needs by rotating roles throughout the day Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to remain on your feet throughout the entire shift Physically able to bend, kneel, squat, reach, and lift Positive attitude and strong communication skills Willingness to learn and grow within multiple roles
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age Must be at least 18 years of age to serve as a Loader or Passenger Side Attendant Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
