Job Description

Duties:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including training and service coverage
  • Ensure excellent customer service by providing assistance and resolving customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the General Manager to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Assist in expediting food and maintaining company standards for quality
  • Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and preparing reports
  • Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment
  • Provide support in hiring, training, and evaluating restaurant staff
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management or customer service role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage restaurant operations efficiently
  • Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, staff, and management effectively
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries or complaints
