Job Description
Food Service Supervisor I. Qualifications A. High School Diploma/GED required B. One (1) year experience as a Line Cook, preferably in an institutional setting C. Two (2) years supervisory experience, preferably in an institutional (school, residential) setting D. Knowledge of USDA National School Breakfast/Lunch Program E. Knowledge of State Food Service Health & Sanitation regulations II. Organizational Relationships A. Reports to the Program Director and the Director of Adminstration and Human Resources. B.
