We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is ready to lead, inspire, and help deliver exceptional experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. What You'll Do Lead and motivate team members while setting the standard for outstanding guest service. Assist with the daily operations of the facility, including admissions, café, arcade, and birthday parties. Coach, train, and develop employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Help maintain a clean, safe, and fun facility for guests and staff. Resolve guest concerns professionally and create positive experiences. Support scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and operational goals. Work alongside your team during busy shifts and special events. What We're Looking For Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, entertainment, or a related customer service industry. A positive attitude and hands-on leadership style. Excellent communication and team-building skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules. Passion for creating fun, memorable experiences for families and guests of all ages.
