QUALIFICATIONS
At least 6-8 years of restaurant leadership experience Strong preference for internal promotion from Restaurant Manager position Management responsibility in a quick-service or full-service chain restaurant organization preferred Driving is essential for this position so having reliable transportation, a valid driver's license with liability insurance, and a good driving record is required along with successfully passing background check criteria and drug test Advanced communication and negotiation skills along with the ability to motivate assigned staff Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills Ability to prioritize and work on more than one project at the same time Advanced understanding of back-of-house systems, point-of-sale systems, restaurant operating systems, budgetary concepts and procedures, delegating projects, performance review process and the ability to prepare and present ideas/recommendations to colleagues, managers and direct reports Ability to lead and inspire teams in all aspects of the business Dedicated team player who takes advantage of teaching moments to lead by example to ensure a safe, clean and orderly restaurant both inside and outside surrounding grounds Ability to create a positive and exciting atmosphere for guests and family members High School Diploma or Equivalent Food Handlers Certification Food Safety Certification (requirement may vary based on city, county or state) Basic business math and accounting skills and strong analytical/decision-making skills You'll be working for a new franchise that is looking for strong performers that we can invest in.
