Chesley Brown International is currently interviewing for a professional, self-motivated and strong Shift Supervisor for the Alpharetta, Ga area. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Security Supervisor to lead our security team. This position will require a professional who can effectively manage a small team, implement security protocols and ensure the safety of our sites, assets and people. As a Security Supervisor you will combine leadership skills with security expertise to be sure employees are trained and respond effectively to any issues. Security License Preferred At least 2 years of Security Officer experience Must be Able to Pass a Drug and Background Screening Must be Self Sufficient and Motivated Ability to Follow Specific Instructions for Performing Job Duties Detail Oriented and Dependable Enjoys Working with the Public Positive "Can Do" Attitude and Team Player Spirit Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Ability to Make Sound Decisions Under Pressure Ability to respond with patience, courtesy, and friendliness Available to Work Flexible Hours Including Nights, Weekends, and Holidays as Needed Strong Leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily work among the team Maintain thorough communication with the Director Enforce ALL policies, procedures, training and site-specifics including Chesley Brown International guidelines Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to your team Ensures consistent compliance with dress code Handle escalated security issues and make critical decisions during emergencies Assist in conducting security briefings and maintaining an open communication Respond to and investigate incidents and detailed reports Provides customer service to include basic directions, hours of operation, and general information Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services and other external security partners Maintains high visibility and consistent standards for access inside and outside of the site Provides timely notification of serious events and incidents to the Security Director Monitor and oversee the security equipment and systems
