NOW HIRING FOR EVENING SHIFT

LEAD- The Rowdy Cow! We're growing at District Square and looking for great people to join the vibrant team at The Rowdy Cow, Springfield's new Burger and Wing restaurant! Shift Lead is Responsible for ensuring Outstanding customer service Food and beverages are prepared in accordance with safety and quality standards Cleanliness is maintained by following sanitation procedures throughout the shift Ensure food safety practices are followed to uphold health standards Shift Lead is will Operate POS systems efficiently to process orders and payments Assist in food preparation, assembly, or cooking as needed to support team operations Work as an Expo person to ensure smooth ticketing Support team members during busy hours by staying energetic, proactive, and adaptable to changing needed Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety practices to ensure a clean and safe environment Familiarity with POS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Reliable transportation Join us at The Rowdy Cow at District Square Food Hall in Springfield!
