We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual who is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming dining experience for those in assisted living and memory care. At The Haven at Regency Pointe, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and quality service. As a Dining Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious and delicious meals in a friendly and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dining operations to ensure smooth service. Coordinate meal planning and preparation with the culinary team. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Collaborate with healthcare staff to accommodate dietary needs. Train and supervise dining staff, ensuring high standards of service. Address and resolve any diningrelated concerns from residents or their families. Organize special dining events and activities for residents.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a dining or hospitality role, preferably within assisted living or memory care. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Basic understanding of dietary needs and restrictions. Leadership capabilities to manage and inspire a team. Commitment to providing exceptional service to residents.
