Restaurant Supervisor

What You'll Do Oversee daily restaurant operations and support front-of-house service Lead, coach, and motivate team members during service Ensure high standards of guest experience, hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism Assist with staff training and development Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Support scheduling, shift execution, and operational organization Work closely with management to improve service flow and team performance Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented mindset Professional appearance and positive attitude Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Our Team?
