Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead and motivate team members by providing clear direction, training, and support to foster a positive work environment Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, placing orders, and reducing waste to optimize food costs Ensure quick service delivery by coordinating kitchen activities and managing customer flow during peak hours Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members to build a skilled team Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to promote guest satisfaction Support management with profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and food management strategies Uphold food safety standards through proper food handling, storage, and cleanliness practices Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Extensive knowledge of food safety management, sanitation protocols, and food handling procedures Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams within hospitality or restaurant settings Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis effectively Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including staff training, team management, and customer service Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with catering, banquet service or fine dining is a plus but not required Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of culinary processes, kitchen management, and food production techniques Join us as a Restaurant Shift Leader if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality experiences while honing your leadership skills.
