Our motto is Healthy, Fresh, Local , and our team is focused on providing guests with high-quality food, friendly service, and a clean, welcoming experience. Aloha Salads is part of a locally operated restaurant group with multiple locations across Oʻahu. We are looking for dependable, friendly, and hardworking team members to join our Kāneʻohe location at Windward Mall (Night) or our Kailua location (Morning). Front of House employees are responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, preparing food accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create a positive customer experience. Shift Leaders are also responsible for helping guide the team, maintaining standards during the shift, and supporting management. Responsibilities Front of House Team Member Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately using the POS system. Prepare salads, wraps, sandwiches, soups, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards. Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Restock ingredients, packaging, drinks, and supplies throughout the shift. Keep the front counter, dining area, prep line, and workstations clean and organized. Communicate clearly with coworkers and managers. Handle customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally. Follow opening, closing, and daily checklist procedures. Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining quality and accuracy. Additional Shift Leader Responsibilities Lead the team during assigned shifts and help ensure smooth daily operations. Make sure team members are following recipes, portion standards, food safety rules, and customer service expectations. Help assign tasks and keep the team productive during slow and busy periods. Handle basic customer concerns and communicate larger issues to management. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Help monitor inventory, restocking, waste, and product quality. Support training of new employees. Set a positive example for attitude, cleanliness, speed, and professionalism. Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Must be friendly, reliable, and able to work well with others. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow recipes, checklists, and food safety procedures. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Must be punctual and dependable. Shift Leader candidates should have prior restaurant experience or strong leadership potential.
