General Managers ensure the restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining our reputation and company culture. Restaurant managers must coordinate a variety of activities, whatever the size or type of the outlet. Managers are responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service and health and safety. Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities. Our restaurants are fast-paced, highly demanding and very rewarding.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards. Assists Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate action Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans. Champions recognition and motivation efforts Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Good communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Exceptional team building capability.
Requirements :
Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills Basic personal computer literacy. Valid drivers license. High School Diploma or GED 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail .
