Pay Rate:
$39.00/hour (1-year Contract)
Shift:
1st shift Team Lead (5:30AM - 3:00PM), Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs Why you should apply to be

You'll be: Supervising and leading a team of production workers, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities with a focus on Safety, Quality, and Delivery. Collaborating with management to develop production schedules and achieve production targets. Identifying skill gaps and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. Offering constructive feedback and holding team members accountable for their performance. Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging process enhancement ideas. Ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards; metatarsal safety boots are required from day one. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative environment. Possess strong conflict resolution skills and can address team issues effectively. Are an excellent communicator who thrives on solving problems and working in a team setting. Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities using available information. Are knowledgeable about workplace safety standards and regulations. Are competent with Microsoft Office. Hold a degree or have equivalent work-related experience. Are able and willing to work daily and weekend overtime as needed by production demands.
