This position will help maintain service standards, assist employees, and ensure guests receive friendly and efficient service. Responsibilities Supervise restaurant staff during assigned shifts. Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen activities. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards. Support staff training and provide guidance during shifts. Handle guest questions and resolve service concerns professionally. Assist with cash handling and POS procedures. Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management. Ensure health, safety, and sanitation procedures are followed. Help maintain an organized and efficient restaurant environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred. Prior supervisory or leadership experience is a plus. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, organized, and punctual. Comfortable working morning, weekend, and holiday shifts. Ability to remain professional under pressure.
