Must Haves:
Must be 21 years of age Must have a valid Idaho driver's license or obtain one within 15 days of hire Must possess High School diploma or equivalent and three years full time experience in a children's residential facility or an Associate's degree and two years full time experience in a children's residential care facility or a Bachelor's degree and one year full time experience in a children's residential care facility.
Our Shift Supervisors:
Leads up to 20 staff and/or interns assigned to them to provide outstanding care to youth and complete all required tasks Assists with on-boarding and training Youth Care Providers Carries out duties and tasks in accordance with the program's standards and procedures and ensures that other direct care staff do the same This position will work 3/12s, Thursday - Saturday with rotating Wednesdays from 9:00pm - 9:00am As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program.
