SHIFT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES

Foster a safe, secure, and healthy work environment Lead a team of 2-3 crew members Ensure crew members on shift meet performance expectations Meet daily and weekly deadlines Provide daily shift reports Check in regularly with owners Lead, coach, correct, and train employees on processes, products, policies and standards Effectively instruct other employees on the shift Monitor inventory levels Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery Handle minor customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise Read, understand and follow Crumbl recipes Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies, frostings and toppings Decorate and display baked goods Ensure baked goods meet food safety and quality standards Maintain excellent customer service at all levels Clean and restock workstations Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to food safety standards

SHIFT LEAD REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age or older Previous leadership experience preferred Excellent communication skills An eye for detail and accuracy Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic A team player (cares more about helping a group succeed than about their own personal recognition) Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Technology literacy Proactive organizational skills (anticipate future challenges, plan ahead, and take action before problems happen, rather than just reacting to challenges) Keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

SCHEDULE

A variety of shifts Monday and Saturday availability ( required ) Available to work at least three (3) shifts per week
