Dietary Manager Requirements:

Previous long-term care experience Prior management experience in food service or healthcare settings As a Dietary Manager, you will: Oversee day-to-day operations within the dietary department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations Manage food service employees , including scheduling, hiring, and performance management Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus , ensuring only authorized food substitutes are used Follow standardized recipes and special diet orders to meet residents' dietary needs Review resident care plans to ensure nutritional requirements are being met Provide nutrition counseling with support from a registered dietitian Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth facility operations A Workplace That Cares About You!
