Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Dunkin Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure food safety standards, and drive business growth. Duties Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to meet safety and quality standards. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Conduct shift management duties including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and reporting. Implement customer service initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Lead staff training programs focused on food safety management, hospitality standards, and team leadership skills. Experience Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience in team training, interviewing, and staff development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Background in food industry roles including culinary experience or casual dining is advantageous. Strong understanding of inventory control, budgeting, food safety management, and profit/loss analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure situations. Prior experience managing hospitality teams or supervising kitchen operations is desirable. Pay:
