Front of House Leader Wok to Bowl - Bloomington, IL Join Our Growing Team! Wok to Bowl is an up-and-coming fast-casual restaurant bringing fresh, flavorful Asian-inspired cuisine to Bloomington. We're building a team that takes pride in exceptional food, outstanding hospitality, and creating a positive workplace where people enjoy coming to work. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic and motivated Front of House Manager to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. Position Summary The Front of House Leade is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, leading and developing team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced restaurant. Responsibilities Lead front-of-house team members during all shifts. Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally. Run expo bringing between front and and back of house Ensure proper cash handling and accurate drawer reconciliation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, beverage station, and guest areas. Ensure compliance with company standards, health regulations, and food safety procedures. Work closely with kitchen management to ensure efficient communication and smooth operations. Assist with inventory of front-of-house supplies. Help build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on hospitality and accountability. Qualifications Previous customer service experience in a restaurant Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
