Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of food quality they have grown to expect by planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department, supervising Dietary Staff, ensuring department cleanliness and ensuring residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs. To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent; Food sanitation certification; State of Illinois Dietary Manager Certification (C.D.M).
