Job DescriptionWe're looking for an energetic and organized Shift Supervisor to lead our team at our Decatur location (1135 W. Wood). As a Shift Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient shifts while maintaining exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team environment. Lead and supervise shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to company standardsManage and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to drive performanceHandle cash management, including register operations, cash counts, and financial reconciliationAnswer phones, take orders, and interact with customers to deliver outstanding service and resolve concernsOversee food preparation, quality control, and cleanliness standards throughout the shiftDelegate responsibilities effectively and ensure all employees understand their dutiesMaintain open communication with team members and management regarding operational issues and opportunities for improvementPerform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds, cleaning, and food handling as neededMonitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to managementEnsure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during all shift operationsTrain and mentor team members on procedures, customer service, and operational excellenceQualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced food service environmentKnowledge of food safety and health code standardsProficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management softwareExperience with inventory management and ordering systemsCertification in food safety or ServSafe (or willingness to obtain)Bilingual capabilities
